Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully.
Digital products or services
Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within seven days of your coaching purchase. If you are not satisfied with your coaching, please reach out to us at any time. We aim to ensure that all clients are happy, and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend reaching out to us with any questions before or after purchase, or for assistance.
Online Training Programs
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. We don’t offer refunds, but we encourage you to reach out to our team with any questions or for assistance.
We understand the immense value that the ILeadershipExcellence approach, tools, and program can bring to your professional life, provided you put in the required effort. However, please note that after the 7-day guarantee period, we will not be able to issue any refunds. You will still be obligated to make the full payment or all installment payments as agreed upon.
Coaching & Consulting
Please note that Coaching and Consulting services are non-refundable. This is because once we spend our time working with you, we cannot get it back. We want to be transparent that we cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship, as the outcome depends on your willingness to be coached and your commitment to doing the work.
If you are on a payment plan and not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request that we stop collecting future payments.
By providing a deposit or full payment for the program, you are authorizing ILeadershipExcellence to process your payment. Once your application is approved, you are responsible for paying the full fees for the program. Please note that no refunds will be issued once you are accepted into the program, and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.
It takes a lot of effort, time, and dedication to prepare for and attend our scheduled calls. If you are late for our appointment, you will miss out on that time. In the event that you don’t show up, you will still be charged the full amount. On our part, we guarantee to keep our appointments and be punctual as well. If you need to change the time of our videocall, please do so at least 48 hours before our scheduled appointment.
Lapsed Services
We understand that sometimes life happens and unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from starting or completing your coaching within the agreed timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session within six (6) months of your initial payment, you will forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. We will make an effort to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment, but please note that 1:1 coaching services are not guaranteed as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. If one (1) year has passed since your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.
A Note on Payment Plans
If you invest with us using a multi-pay or payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be turning your details over to our friendly collections agency.
